You will contribute to the research and design efforts for our highly successful iQueue for Infusion Centers product. This is a role best suited for a skilled generalist, someone who is interested in the whole product lifecycle from discovery to development to launch and beyond. What You’ll Do • Interaction Design: Create user flows, sketches, diagrams, and high-level concepts to drive conversations with stakeholders and customers. • Research: Independently moderate or observe usability tests, conduct user interviews, deploy surveys, and use analytics software. Analyze research data, synthesize insights, and propose solutions based on data and insights. • Design System: Contribute frequently to the reputed company design library. Help maintain reputed company library, review contributions, and manage releases. Moderate discussions between design and reputed company-end engineering regarding the design system (design + code components). • Transparency: Actively reputed company cross-functional team members up-to-date on design decisions and reputed company of initiatives. • Communication/Collaboration: Communicate clearly and drive collaboration between cross-functional team members.
