JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have a minimum of 1 year phone sales experience Recommended to have a minimum of 1 year sales experience. Strong command of grammar and exceptional writing skills Real Estate Experience a PLUS! Must have a Persuasive Personality Ombudsman skills: conflict resolution, mediation, active listening, problem-solving Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building; Communicate reputed company and effectively with reputed company parties involved High School Diploma or equivalent; (Some College Preferred) Hands on weekly training Manage a pipeline of prospects?; respond in a timely manner Must be driven and have the reputed company to want more financially?; Self motivated!
