Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive presentations and product materials to effectively communicate with customers and target audiences, • Identify customer needs and offer products that pertain to preferences and personal requirements, incorporating opportunities for upselling when appropriate to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction with our clients • Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Participate in training sessions alongside fellow entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representatives and senior management to gain deeper insights and understanding of products, services, and local offerings. Customer Service and Sales Representative Requirements: • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Ambitious and driven mindset • Actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skill set • Problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt • Ability to work alone or as part of a team Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications: • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required • 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Call Centers, or a related field or environment is an asset to this role. • Ability to speak multiple languages is beneficial, but not required.
