workwarp is looking for a passionate As Needed Airbnb Cleaner- Mostly Weekends! This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our Remote office. Qualifications: • Must be teachable and able to comprehend, understand, and notice dirtiness • Likes to work with hands and be on their feet for up to 8 hours at a time. • A steady motivated pace • Integrity and honesty • Reliable attendance is an absolute must • Friendly with coworkers and customers • Willing to be cleared through a criminal background check Benefits • Some schedule flexibility • $16/hr starting pay; $17/hr after successfully passing the 90 day Training Program. • Significant independence • Free Healthy Living services • Bonus program and paid time off after 90 day probation period What we are looking for • Rate is per clean, NOT an hourly rate. • Rate will vary depending on location • All locations are within a 10 mile radius of Lebanon • Days and locations vary, most range from 2-4 hours per location • No prior experience, education, or skills required • Good work ethic and reliability is an absolute must! • Must be detail oriented and able to add a creative touch.
