Join Fortuna's team as a Full-Time Dental Call Center Agent, leveraging your dental industry expertise. Proficiency in Office 365 and prior experience in managing high call volumes are essential traits for excelling in this position. We're in search of seasoned call center professionals with a minimum of one year's overall experience, including at least six months in dental support, residing in California. Your standard workweek will typically span Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Work remotely, Monday through Friday within the 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM... timeframe. • Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels. • Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics. • Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history. • Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively. WHAT YOU'LL BRING • Minimum one (1) year of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings. • At least six (6) months' experience in dental customer support. • Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite. • Strong problem-solving skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism. • Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50 mbps is required. • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
