About Us We are a leading American multinational financial technology company currently seeking a skilled Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time contractual role for a duration of 9 months... Role Overview As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our global department, overseeing commercial real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include: ? Obtaining, preparing, and filing various documents, certificates, statements, amendments, and forms. ? Forming limited liability companies and other entities. ? Preparing and tracking closing checklists and transactional documentation from the letter of intent through completion of closing binders. ? Participating in and attending closings; obtaining Registry of Deeds documentation; assisting with various lease documents; and reviewing due diligence materials. ? Reviewing SOWs, Leases, Licenses, and Facilities Agreements. ? Requesting and reviewing Titles and Surveys. ? Updating leases and licenses and following up with regional governmental offices in China and other local authorities. ? Obtaining documents from various governmental agencies. ? Calendaring and keeping track of deadlines for leases and licenses. ? Providing support to 2 Attorneys in Phoenix; meeting several times a week with Attorneys and collaborating with them. Experience And Qualifications ? 7+ years of commercial real estate work experience. ? Technology-savvy with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. ? Bachelor's Degree required in paralegal studies or equivalent combination of education and experience. ? A bachelors degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
