Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and report changes in patients' physical and mental conditions. Help with patient mobility, including transfers and repositioning. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients. Record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals in patient care planning. Qualifications: Must be a licensed CNA in the state of [State Name]. High school diploma or equivalent required.
