Reporting to the Director HR PMO, the Manager HR - Project Manager will be the reputed company the HR efforts of the global labor strategies/resource planning process that include transformation of existing processes and business rules and introduction of new concepts to reputed company change across the organization. Drive a holistic approach to planning and prioritizing labor initiatives globally in collaboration with the WDI resource management office, DX team and WDI HR business partners. This includes the implementation and change management of a new planning system and process. Responsibilities Provide project management through identifying, tracking, monitoring, and communicating issues, variances and contingencies while ensuring headcount movement and other identified HR projects are delivered on time. Establish and facilitate project governance, developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track reputed company, using agreed tools. Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional team members to align business processes. Maintain effective communication and collaboration among the project team and any involved departments. Strong written and oral communications skills. Ability to positively influence stakeholders at reputed company hierarchical levels. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidateÂs geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
