Posting Details Position Information Job Title Adjunct Instructor of French Department Literature and Language - 21300 Pay Grade Job Category Adjunct Faculty Job Summary The Department of Literature and Language at East Tennessee State University seeks qualified instructors to fill part-time positions teaching courses in French. The successful candidates' primary duties will be to teach beginning and intermediate courses in French. These are temporary positions, filled on a semester-by-semester basis with some opportunity for renewal; positions do not include benefits. Located in Northeast Tennessee between the Great Smoky Mountains and the Blue Ridge Mountains, East Tennessee State University is a state-assisted and Carnegie-classified Doctoral Research Intensive University of more than 15,000 students. It is a regional institution, serving east Tennessee, southwest Virginia, and Western North Carolina.
