Position Overview: FedEx is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will provide administrative support, assist with customer service inquiries, and help with scheduling and other operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with managing daily administrative tasks such as calendar management, email correspondence, and document organization. • Handle customer service inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses. • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. • Organize and maintain virtual files and data entry. • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. • Assist with project management and other duties as assigned by the team. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is a plus. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. Schedule: • Part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week. • Hours are adaptable to suit your availability, with some tasks requiring a specific deadline.
