The Travel Program Specialist (TPS) supports the day-to-day processes and tactical operations involved in the execution of the travel program and reputed company projects. The TPS Subject Matter Expert (CONCUR) will be responsible for providing support for Online Booking Tools to clients in relation to Amex GBT consulting engagements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, aiding with the product including maintenance, implementations or critical issues, interact with Amex GBT internal resources and our customers to provide consultation around technology and functionality. In this role, the TPS applies project management and analytical skills to support multiple programs and projects. What You’ll Do: • Administers travel policy rules and preferred supplier’s contracted rates set up for reputed company platforms (online, offline) • Supports the implementation of new tools and processes around traveler operations. Monitors agency performance targets including customer service level agreements (SLA) • Assesses travel policy rules and liaison with the online support teams (site reviews) • Handles the direct relationship, coordinate configuration and understand user navigational experiences • Provides site messaging recommendations based on program needs and communicates product upgrades, functionality improvements and issues • Shares best practices on validated online usage strategies, communications and reputed company metrics • Provides an ongoing online educational support to reputed company: communicating recommendations. The national range provided includes the reputed company salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual reputed company salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to reputed company salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
