If you are a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in benefits and leave of absence administration with a desire to drive positive change in an inclusive, evolving organization, this is the opportunity for you. 100% remote Health & Welfare Programs - 20% Build relationships with internal and external providers of benefit plans and systems ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience in enrolling or using benefit plans. Retirement Plan Administration - 20% Assist with the day-to-day administration of the U.S. qualified and non-qualified pension plans and 401(k) plans including pension benefit payment coordination and handling FICA taxation for non-qualified plans Disability (Short and Long-term) Administration - 45% Works with internal partners and vendors to administer or assist with aspects of disability, accommodation & workers' compensation programs. Provides case management & coordinates administrative aspects of the cases & payments. HR Processes & Projects - 15% Partner with internal and external partners implement improvements as necessary for efficiency.
