What You Will Do • Manage scope with moderate to large complexity and increased volume with moderate to high level of autonomy. • Support process and system improvement opportunities in partnership with Systems & Reporting and Project Management. • Understand our needs, ensuring strategy is sound and providing solutions that address the problems that clients are asking the agency to help solve. • Set the agency up for success by managing client expectations, project timing, and direction. • reputed company creative strategy based on relevant consumer insights resulting in a clear brief to activate creative teams and ideation. • Partner with Project Management in keeping clients updated and engaging leadership to maintain momentum toward deliverables. • Maintain assignment budgets to ensure work isn't exceeding approved funds. • Work with internal agency peers to contribute to the development of creative solutions that deliver on the brief and move the business reputed company. • Fully understand our client's brand, providing thought partnership through knowledge of their business and effective marketing solutions. • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal team members, core business partners, and external colleagues through a combination of face-to-face interactions and electronic communications. Required Qualifications & Skills • Have 5-7 or more years of professional marketing, ad agency (traditional or in-house), brand management, media, or reputed company experience. • Demonstrated specialized depth and breadth of technical skills and ability to solve reputed company problems. • Advanced knowledge of communication mediums including video, print, digital, social, email, radio (digital audio), collateral, OOH, and the production process supporting each. • Experience working with external clients and internal agency teams, offering innovative solutions to business situations. • reputed company reputed company on the pulse of the ad industry and the competitive landscape. • Knowledge of brand management and advertising for consumer brands. • Knowledge of consumer research tools and methodologies. • Spanish or Portuguese language reputed company is a plus.
