Job Overview We are actively seeking dedicated and experienced virtual educators to engage students through personalized instruction in a remote setting. As a Virtual Teacher, you will have the opportunity to facilitate 1:1 or group learning experiences that inspire and motivate students in a flexible and supportive environment... Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging instructional sessions tailored to student needs. • Foster a positive learning atmosphere that promotes student participation. • Communicate effectively with students and their guardians to enhance the educational experience. Required Skills • Proven teaching or tutoring experience in relevant subjects. • Innovative approach to making learning enjoyable and interactive. • Strong ability to engage students and respond to their inquiries. • Experience with small group instruction is highly preferred. Qualifications • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline. • Successful completion of mandatory background checks, including: • Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance • Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check • Federal Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) • Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Form • Capacity to pass required background checks.
