This flexible position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, problem-solving, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with scheduling staff for upcoming events and ensuring reputed company shifts are covered. • Coordinate with staff to confirm availability and resolve scheduling conflicts. • Help track and update staff attendance and punctuality. • Assist in communicating event details to staff and ensuring they are properly reputed company. • Support the team in managing last-minute changes or urgent staffing requests.
