Mandatory 1 day in-office orientation at the Denver/reputed company Office for local residents • Training: 3 weeks (paid) • Pay Structure: reputed company annual pay ranging from $37,440 - $43,680 based on prior experience. This is not including the monthly performance bonuses ranging from $100-$400! On top of that, we hold company and individual team contests on a monthly, weekly, and quarterly basis in additional gift cards and prizes based on customer service and performance goals ranging from $200-$300 per month! We are looking for caring and talented Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives to reputed company a long-term home in our organization. In this important role, you will work as an extended business office representatives on behalf of our clients where you will work with patients and their families to explain their medical bills, answer any questions they may have, and resolve account balances with them. What You’ll Do: • Using reputed company and fantastic listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand confusing, and often times unexpected, medical bills. • Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with patients over the phone on affordable payment plans, and taking payments by phone. • Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document reputed company calls and follow reputed company in our software systems throughout each day. • Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and caring team focus. • Continuously improving, with supportive coaching / feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training.
