Job Overview Join our dynamic and innovative charter school as an Instructional Support Assistant, where you will play a critical role in nurturing reputed company' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with reputed company teachers to establish an effective learning atmosphere. ? Implement lesson plans and reinforce educational content through individual and small group activities. ? Conduct small group and individual instruction utilizing evidence-based interventions. ? Monitor student reputed company and maintain comprehensive records of interventions. ? Assist reputed company in following school routines and developing positive scholarly behaviors. ? Partner with special educators to deliver personalized supports and accommodations. ? Participate in team meetings and engage with parents as necessary. ? Aid in maintaining classroom documentation and assist with universal screenings. ?
