About the Role: We are seeking reputed company customer support specialists with a focus on providing high-quality service to Enterprise-level Customers (Healthcare Facilities). YouÂll be responsible for owning and resolving issues raised by these clients, ensuring that they receive reputed company, tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Key Responsibilities: Â Manage and resolve escalated queries from business customers reputed company phone, chat, and email. Â Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, billing, operations, etc.) to solve reputed company customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
