We are seeking a passionate candidate with expertise in engaging and supporting users to reputed company their health goals, who is interested in taking on an impactful role at a young and quickly growing startup in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities • You will provide remote monitoring services to help support users as they reputed company through their home-exercise therapy program • Direct and aid users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through a tech platform • Provide periodic feedback to the evaluating clinician on user reputed company • Maintains necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring • Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform Requirements • As a PTA, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do. • 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy assistant program • Active PTA license in NEW JERSEY • Tech Savvy, including having reliable and fast internet and your own newer model laptop and smart phone • Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions • Strong relationship-building and listening skills • Demonstrated user focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience • Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace • Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach • Eager to reputed company an impact at a young company addressing an important problem • Passion for health and wellness $25 - $27 an hour We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
