Job Duties and Responsibilities of Part-Time Truck Driver: • Operate a semi-trailer and transfer materials to UPS branches or customers on fixed roadways. • Work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and/or nights as required. • Conform to all DOT and company standards, which involves passing the DOT medical test. • Compliance with the UPS dress code is mandatory, and all staff members must wear the company’s official uniform. • Demonstrate your reliability, accountability, and ardor for maneuvering a cargo automobile. • Upkeeping the Legal Authorization to Work in the U.S. Qualifications and Experience of Part-Time Truck Driver: • A legitimate Class A CDL (commercial driver’s license) in your home state is a prerequisite for becoming a proficient commercial driver. • Your location may impact whether or not you must acquire endorsement for doubles and triples. • Meeting the criteria for passing the DOT physical examination. • Being responsible is a top priority, as well as being reliable. • A burning passion for driving trucks and catering to customers' needs with excellence.
