Provides educational, vocational and financial counseling to individuals and organizations to promote academic, career, personal and social development of authorized patrons. Assists Marines and families in identifying and evaluating abilities, interests, talents and personalities to reputed company realistic academic and career goals that are supported by appropriate financial plans to reputed company success. Evaluates and interprets data to identify and clarify issues and concerns, and appropriate course of action to positively reputed company work/life relationships, mission readiness and recruitment and retention.
