As Product Design Manager, you'll report directly to the Head of Product while leading a distributed team of four designers across global time zones. Working closely with product and engineering managers, you'll drive strategic design initiatives that directly impact creators' success. Your role will be instrumental in shaping innovative solutions that reputed company creators in the rapidly evolving creator economy. Who you are: You're a design leader with a passion for empowering creators. You have a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing reputed company, user-friendly interfaces. You have experience managing designers, developing design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • You love YouTube and have a strong desire to help creators on the platform succeed • You have at least 5 years experience designing and shipping software for web, iOS, and Android – some brand and marketing design experience is a plus • You’re a dynamic mentor, a supportive sponsor, and motivational leader • You have experience collaborating remotely • You want to be part of a product led company that ships quickly and leverages data to inform the roadmap • You have experience managing or leading designers • You have a portfolio of two or three projects that showcase your latest work Apply Job!
