Entry Level Remote Agency Owner Organization Description: We are looking for Entry Level Remote Insurance Sales Representatives who can be lead and trained to become a business owner in select areas within the next 6-12 months. There has never been a better time to have control of your schedule with the ability to meet with clients remotely, over the phone, and in person. • Experience is NOT necessary but previous experience in sales/marketing is beneficial. • All you need is a computer, cell phone, and internet access. • Ability to truly own a business with zero caps on income • Self Starter, Driven, Great Attitude, Coachable, Team Player Job Details: • Work from anywhere when you have a reliable phone/internet connection. • Learn how to develop yourself and your business daily through mentorship and personal development books. • Ability to understand and present a solution professionally to a homeowner looking to protect their family in the event of a major health issue or death. Responsibilities: • Follow a proven sales system to help families protect their most valuable assets and have difficult conversations with them. • Track and monitor your daily, weekly, and monthly sales to ensure complete accuracy. • Attend daily conference calls to help maintain training and future success. • Experience is not necessary however previous sales experience in sales/marketing will be helpful. Compensation: • Commission Only • Part or Full-time, Our new agents who follow our proven sales strategy have earned from $80,000 to $150,000+ annually.
