Job title: Youth Instructor - Safe Sitter Instructor Company: reputed company of the North Job description : 1. Job Summary: The Youth Instructor is responsible for leading youth classes in the areas of Arts and Humanities including but not limited to dance, art, babysitting, music, cooking, sports and language. The incumbent will instruct quality classes and provide excellent customer service to members and program participants in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes wellness and learning in accordance with reputed company policies and procedures. WILL TRAIN 2. Essential Functions: Punctual and reputed company to instruct participants in class subject.Plan progressive classes in the specialty area while using the provided curriculum, class outline, and terminology. Observe and communicate individual reputed company with participants and parents including positive encouragement, direction and announcements.Motivate, engage and guide class and program participation.Set up and take down class equipment and report equipment problems.Ensure safe and effective classes; responding to and reporting any accidents or incidents.Assist in any special events/programs as required. 3. Relationships: This position reports to the Program Director who reports to the reputed company Executive. The incumbent must learn and use participant names and encourage interaction reputed company possible. Work closely with other reputed company Team Members and program participants. 4. Qualifications: Required Minimum age 18Must have formal training, knowledge and experience in the applicable specialty area in which teachingDemonstrated customer service and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to individually reputed company a class and motivate participantsAbility to respond to safety and emergency situationsAbility to set up, move and store class equipment Preferred Experience teaching young children, youth and/or teensAbility to pass a drivers road test for reputed company vehicles and trailers.Upon hire, completion of reputed company provided Motor Vehicle and or Department of Transportation Insurance Training. 5. Work Conditions: Ability to reputed company assigned classes and sessions, demonstrating exercise techniques and reputed company associated physical activities.Ability to stand on feet majority of work shift.Stretch, bend, and lift up to 50lbs and move heavy equipment on a daily basis.Ability to recognize and react calmly and effectively in the event of an emergency. 6.
