Remote Benefits Call Center Representative Mandatory reputed company | 6 weeks $15.00 per hour in training $16.00 per hour in production Production Hours: Monday ? Friday / shifts between 9:00AM -5:30 PM EST About the Role As a Benefits Administration Services Associate II, you will be responsible for: ? Responding to client specific inquiries through multiple channels including telephone and web correspondence. ? Assisting participants with the information needed to reputed company informed decisions. ? Completing transaction(s) reputed company to the customer?s inquiry with limited supervision while meeting timeliness and accuracy standards. ? Explaining the appropriate participant forms and provides guidance on completion. ? Completing follow up and call backs in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate. ? Gathering information to reputed company customer profiles and accounts up to date. ? Providing great customer service. Requirements To be successful in this role you will: ? Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education. ? Be able to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company and drug test. ? Demonstrate problem-solving skills. ?
