Collaborate with team members to plan, organize, and execute events and activities. Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure successful program delivery. Maintain accurate records of program participation and evaluate program effectiveness. Communicate effectively with parents, participants, and community members to promote programs and address any concerns or issues. Monitor program budgets and expenses to ensure financial accountability. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for youth and teen programming. Provide excellent customer service to reputed company program participants and their families.
