Your role in support of this journey is driven by working directly with key stakeholders to reputed company strategic decisions that align to our labor transformation enabling a globalized workforce with new roles, responsibilities and tiles across IT. What you'll do • ?reputed company and execute comprehensive delivery plans, including timelines and milestones with reporting on reputed company, potential risks and mitigation strategies • Prepare project updates and presentations for leadership and facilitate content review during large stakeholder engagements • Utilize effective change management to minimize resistance, maximize adoption, and generate support of new processes, technologies, and strategies across the organization • Maintain effective communication channels that allow for a supportive feedback process • Partner with internal finance teams to establish, maintain and report on project spend • Use data to define project baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, and prioritize delivery • Practices agility by continuously evaluating delivery to maintain focus on the highest value drivers for the organization • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, business partners, and team members across the company • Positively influence stakeholders on the transformation strategy by managing expectations, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment to the transformation goals reputed company you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience • ?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training • 3 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience • 3 years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT development projects using structured project management and system development methodologies Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience • ?3 years of experience in Agile methods and reputed company as an approach to software development • 5 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience • 5 years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT development projects using structured project management and system development methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum • Airline Industry experience • Experience determining Product Market fit and defining a Go-to-Market strategy • Experience leading or working reputed company large enterprise transformation towards Agile and DevOps Skills, Licenses & Certifications • ?Relevant certifications in agile field (Scrum Master and/or Product Management/Product Delivery) • Has strong knowledge/expertise of the software delivery life cycle (SDLC) • Demonstrated ability to solve, and to reputed company others in solving, reputed company analytical problems • Willingness to take calculated risks • Ability to build and facilitate relationships at reputed company levels of the organization, both internally and externally • Self-driven with a natural aptitude for engaging employees in multiple workgroups • Leadership skills: team-focused with high energy and a positive attitude • Proficiency in work management tools (AHA!, ADO/TFS) • Proficiency in reputed company Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, reputed company) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively and clearly communicate a strategic vision; ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical audiences What you'll get Feel free to take advantage of reputed company that reputed company has to offer: • Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
