IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience. The Program Development Manager (┬ôPDM┬ö) is a dynamic role that merges the responsibilities of a Merchant, Account Executive, and Project Manager. The primary responsibility of the PDM is to enhance the performance of both existing and new home improvement programs. The PDM is instrumental in driving cross-functional projects from inception to completion, developing and launching new home improvement programs, and maintaining robust relationships with our retail and manufacturing partners. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that directly impact the company┬ĺs growth and success. The PDM will have frequent interaction with reputed company departments as well as senior and executive level management. The ideal candidate is confident, charismatic and has reputed company. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with reputed company levels of an organization and be able to handle stressful situations with reputed company and grace. Additionally, the PDM should have good business sense and be able to apply sound judgment in reputed company situations.
