Responsibilities At the direction of Engineering Manager, maintain, monitor, and reputed company preventive maintenance and reputed company operation of reputed company building systems including: fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls), electrical (lighting, primary switch gear), and hot water systems; monitors operation, adjusts, and maintains refrigeration, chilled water, reverse osmosis system, reputed company compressor systems, and reputed company conditioning equipment; and ventilating and hot water heaters; pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment; record readings and reputed company adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment.  Responsible for reporting any problems/malfunctions reputed company while demonstrating the ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required to schedule the maintenance. reputed company with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.  Maintains a clean and safe workplace. Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent or technical training/degree. 3 years (+) experience in facilities operations, maintenance, and engineering. Operating Engineer (BOC) or other applicable licenses is a plus, Universal CFC’s license or ability to obtain one reputed company 90 days, and an 01, 07, or 06A Electrical license is preferred.
