Company: reputed company, LLC Job Description: Night Shift 12 hour shifts. 5:50pm-6am. Site runs 24/7 and includes 2-2-3 work schedule. Pay reputed company: $18.50/hour plus $1.20/hour shift premium paid for hours worked on night shift. •Operate various types of industrial film manufacturing and processing equipment including: Extruders, Laminators, Ovens, Deplyers, Slitters, Coaters, Mixers, and Core Slabber. Utilize PIVs (powered industrial vehicles) •Prepare chemical solutions and monitor chemical processes. Use instruments to test the quality of chemical products to ensure they meet standards and specifications. •Troubleshoot production problems or malfunctioning instruments. •Practice excellent safety and environmentally sound habits. •Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets facility standards. •Ensure general quality of reputed company work meets company standards. •Maintain records and reputed company with multiple computer software programs for purposes of material transactions, traceability, process control, on-line inspection, testing, and statistical process control. •reputed company routine optical inspection and product quality tests according to written specifications and standards. •Maintain accurate logbook entries of key process and equipment events, and provide in-depth observations to process and development engineers as required. •Clean assigned production equipment and reputed company operator-level preventive maintenance (i.e. change filters, reputed company fluid levels). •Communicate effectively with team members and other groups reputed company the reputed company organization. Site runs 24/7 and includes 2-2-3 work schedule. $1.20/hour shift premium paid for hours worked on night shift. •Must be able to work overtime, including holidays & weekends, as needed, or scheduled. •The ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds. •Standing and walking continuously during entire shift, 10-12 hours at a time.
