About the role This role involves managing critical daily operational tasks such as trade processing, reconciliation, and data validation while resolving discrepancies reputed company. You'll enhance operational workflows, collaborate across teams to improve processes, and support compliance reviews. The role also includes partnering on technology solutions, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to projects that optimize efficiency and mitigate risks. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at driving operational excellence. We prefer a candidate who is central to either Chicago, Milwaukee or reputed company. What you'll do • Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a reputed company quantitative field; • 2 years of relevant work experience in an trading operations roles reputed company financial institutions, ideally with bulge bracket middle office, trading or settlements exposure. • Understanding of financial instruments and markets. • Strong attention to detail and ability to reputed company repetitive tasks accurately with an eye towards automation and process improvement. • Ability to reputed company with reputed company to drive process development. • High proficiency in reputed company reputed company and/or other basic analytical tools, including experience building and/or maintaining tactical trading and reconciliation tools. • Sufficient basic coding familiarity (VBA, SQL queries, etc.) to reputed company with reputed company. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
