The pay range is $126,600.00 - $227,900.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Our Design System is a multi-platform system used by reputed company product teams to create engaging and consistent user experiences. You will drive the evolution of the reputed company Design System, including multi-platform libraries, design tokens, versioning, governance, and accessibility, maximizing user adoption and reusability. You will define and deliver exceptionally high quality, usable design components that drive efficiency and consistency across end-to-end guest and employee facing experiences. Responsibilities: Partner and collaborate with a cross functional team of designers, developers and product managers across teams to identify, prioritize, and create new design components that are reusable, reputed company and accessible, leveraging these relationships to drive adoption of the design system Drive the creation of components and patterns in reputed company, ensuring component consistency with code, Information Architecture, tokens alignment, definition of variants, auto-layout, proper utilization of plugins, version control, accessibility, and best practices Ensure the design assets your team creates maintains the highest of quality standards and are thoroughly documented with usage guidelines that connect and reputed company with the teams using the design system Collaborate effectively with developers to maintain and create coded components that align to our design system Foster education, author training resources, and best practices to ensure a top-notch experience for teams adopting the design system Bring the latest insights, best practices and design patterns across industries and platforms Operate comfortably in agile environments reputed company the parameters of sprints, helping the team prioritize work considering needs, resources and reputed company Guide the design process, mentor, and coach other designers Hold design systems work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design Build a network of relationships to reputed company your vision in service of our guest and team member experiences About you:   Proven experience in design systems as a reputed company UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design work building reputed company products with reusable components You reputed company at the intersection of design strategy, scaled solutions, and craft Expert skills in UX and product design in reputed company environments, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process Advanced proficiency in product design and prototyping tools (i.e. reputed company) Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills Advanced understanding of design systems and an ability to communicate its value to a large, reputed company organizations Proficient best practices for reputed company design, accessible web, ios and android interfaces that meet WCAG Accessibility standards You are an expert in communicating how design systems connects to, serves, and improves business outcomes  This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (reputed company internally at reputed company as "reputed company for Your Day") work arrangement based on reputed company's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a reputed company location, does not have a desk at a reputed company location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/reputed company for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a reputed company location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
