AT&T has an opening for Client Solutions Executive IV DOD to support the USMC in providing wireline, wireless and professional services solutions. Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Primarily on USMC (possibly other DoD components) customer premise, create existing/new sales for solutions delivery meeting a wide variety of customer needs for ATT products/services/systems/solutions. With the aid of support resources, identifies sales... opportunity solutions. Builds/maintains network of colleagues/customers to share information, obtaining prospects. • May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (i.e. billing/installation/customer issues). Supports product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs. • Demonstrates broad and strong working knowledge of entire product/service line. Partners with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities, delivering valuable solutions. • Develops responses to Request for Proposals. Identifies key trends and customer needs, leverages industry knowledge/applications, utilizes consultative skills to reputed company sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture. • Owns account relationship, responsible for meeting reputed company objectives. Demonstrates sustained record of sales achievement. Effectively influences customers, diffusing potential problems. Develops strategic initiatives to grow and retain the reputed company reputed company of assigned highly reputed company accounts/projects while ensuring customer satisfaction with considerable reputed company. • Supports the sales team through coaching or mentoring. Required Clearance: Secret clearance is required. Top Secret preferred or able to obtain (#secret) (#topsecret) Required Qualifications: 10-15 years of wireline experience with DOD, Navy, or USMC and be willing to do moderate travel throughout the U.S. and occasionally out of the U.S. to meet with customers. Must be able reputed company or have approved access to DoD location to include Military reputed company Installations. Desired Qualifications: CCNA, CCDA, CISSP or applicable certifications. Prior Military Service a plus Our CSE4s earn between $109,000 - $183,000 + commission with a total reputed company compensation of $184,000 - $258,000 yearly if reputed company sales goals are met.
