This dual-role position involves providing excellent customer service to patients, managing reputed company office duties, and assisting with medical procedures and patient care as needed. The ideal candidate will be organized, compassionate, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: reputed company Desk Responsibilities: 1 Patient Interaction: ? Greet patients upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor. ? Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm patient information. ? Address patient inquiries and concerns, either in person or over the phone. 2 Patient reputed company-in & reputed company-out: ? Verify and update patient information, including insurance details. ? Collect patient co-pays and process payments as required. ? Ensure accurate completion of patient intake forms. 3 Appointment Scheduling: ? Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring accurate and timely bookings. ? Coordinate with medical providers to ensure smooth appointment flow. 4 Administrative Support: ? Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and documents. ? Manage office supplies and reorder as necessary. ? Assist with administrative duties such as faxing, photocopying, and scanning documents. 5 Insurance Verification: ? Verify patient insurance information and assist with the submission of insurance claims. ? Ensure reputed company necessary documentation is provided to insurance companies for reimbursement.
