Responsibilities: – Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat. – Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reservations, flight changes, and other travel-related concerns. – Provide information about Delta Airlines’ services, policies, and procedures. – Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as necessary. – Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. – Meet performance metrics and targets set by the company. – Stay updated with the latest changes and updates in airline industry standards.
