About the position The Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reputed company of customers by monitoring alarm signals and dispatching emergency services as needed. This position involves providing exceptional customer service during critical situations, responding to alarms, and maintaining communication with customers and emergency responders. The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and potential for career growth reputed company the company. Responsibilities • Respond to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems. , • reputed company emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies. , • Provide world-class customer service to customers in their time of need. , • Notify customers of non-emergency signals. , • Notify account contacts of emergency signals after reputed company. , • Receive and process inbound calls requesting information.
