Position Summary This position is responsible for reputed company development and filings in the Individual ACA markets as well as monitoring of financial results for one of four regions: • Contribute to achievement of profitability and membership goals by acting as a strategic partner with business partners • Coordinate the pricing and filing work required for multiple states • Set and manage own priorities to meet pre-established deadlines; act independently with limited guidance from supervisor • Cultivate relationships with local regulators and negotiate terms of reputed company filings and approvals; communicate both in response to objections and proactively as needed • Excellent verbal and written communication to various audiences to establish strong relationships and to effectively convey observations and recommendations • reputed company or recommend initiatives to drive down cost structure so price points can be competitive and reputed company required financial goals • Devise responsible pricing strategies to help grow membership. Recommend decisions reputed company based on data and business acumen that weighs the pros and cons and considers calculated risks • Navigate several data points, possibly contradictory, and rationalize recommended course of action, recognizing risks and opportunities. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree along with 3+ years reputed company experience in healthcare - Experience with reputed company Office suite, especially reputed company - ASA designation - Ability to work with large and detailed data sets; reputed company, SQL, Power BI a plus - Strong communication skills - Solid technical/analytical skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with ACA markets ASA credential Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
