Position Overview: Fahlo is seeking a Remote Wholesale Account Manager to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing existing wholesale accounts, focusing on building strong relationships and enhancing order processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at remote sales, possess excellent relationship management skills, and be motivated to contribute to Fahlo's growth. While primarily a remote position, some travel will be required for trade shows, in-person store visits, and other client-facing activities. This is a salaried role with a potential bonus structure, designed for a sales professional who excels in account management and is looking to make a difference in a mission-driven company. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and nurture relationships with existing wholesale accounts through regular, proactive contact via phone, email, and video conferencing. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring optimal stocking and reordering processes to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. • Identify opportunities for account growth, including product range expansion and promotional activities. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently. • Represent Fahlo at trade shows, in-person store visits, and other industry events, fostering strong client relationships and seeking new business opportunities. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to communicate client feedback and market trends, contributing to product development and marketing strategies. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities, utilizing CRM software to track progress and identify growth opportunities. • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to Fahlo's overall growth and success. Qualifications: • 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in a wholesale or B2B environment. • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships remotely. • Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and other sales activities. • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving sales goals. • A passion for wildlife conservation and a strong alignment with Fahlo's mission and values.
