Overview We are currently expanding to Virginia and need fully licensed independent therapists across the US who are willing to obtain a license in Virginia or are currently already licensed in Virginia. Don't currently hold a Virginia license, no worries. As long as you are willing to obtain a license as a " Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) we want... to hire you. We will reimburse the cost of licensure after 3 months of employment. After licensure, you will need to empanel with Virginia Medicaid. This takes about 1 week. Why would you get licensed in Virginia? This role is ideal for a fully licensed mental health professional who is seeking remote work and would like to reputed company $75/ session. Please note that you must be able to practice mental health fully independently. No provisionally licensed individuals who need supervision. We currently have staff in Maryland, Virginia, DC, Florida, reputed company Canada, Venezuela, Jamacia, Africa, and Asia. Requirements ? Hold or are willing to obtain a Virginia LPC or LCSW License. Will reimburse for license after 3 months. ? Must be able to practice independently without supervision ? Will be required to apply for Virginia Medicaid provider credentialing ? Will be required to apply for private insurance provider credentialing (United Health Care, reputed company/ Blue reputed company, reputed company, Etc). We have an in-house credentialing expert to assist with commercial insurance credentialing. ? Will be required to conduct couples counseling. Will reimburse for Gottman Level 1 on-line training course after 3 months of employment. ? Will be required to complete a paid ($200) 4-hour self pace online company training course reputed company 1 week of on-boarding. ? Potential to reputed company to full-time employment ? Work hours 3pm-8pm Mon- Friday and some weekends. ? Will be required to conduct a criminal background reputed company ? Must be comfortable working with children and adolescents upwards ? Must complete clinical documentation reputed company 24hr of the encounter ? Management of work processes along with strong computer skills for documentation purposes. ? Ability to maintain confidential information reputed company HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities ? Fully Remote. Must hold or be willing to obtain a Virginia Counseling License. (LPC, LCSW). Will reimburse for the license after 3 months. ? Implements and maintains the Integrated Behavioral Health program's philosophy, principles, and procedures in reputed company facets of performance. ? Provide services and conduct self in a manner consistent with the professional Code of Ethics. ? Assess or provide therapy, counseling, reputed company and/or education to clients in a professional manner. ? Provide clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessment and treatment plans. ? Complete timely and accurate documentation. Meet audited tested requirements. ? Assure reputed company reimbursable sessions for assigned clients. ? Fully participate in staff development opportunities offered to enhance professional growth, especially to maintain license, certification, or identified program performance skills. Responsibilities ? reputed company a comprehensive social history and psychosocial assessment that includes the client?s problems, strengths, and preferences; including cultural, religious, and ethnic background and implications for the treatment plan. ? Involves consumers and families in treatment planning, encouraging their attendance at case conferences or with reputed company providers/professionals. ? Attends scheduled case conferences and identifies and interprets psychosocial needs of consumers for inclusion in the case plan. ? Completes required clinical documentation reputed company timelines established by applicable regulations and policies. ? Ensure the timely completion of initial and reputed company Individualized Treatment Plans in collaboration with the consumer and identified supportive persons. Added perks ?
