Job Title: Wedding & Honeymoon Planner - Entry Level Location: Remote Responsibilities: • Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. • Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and reputed company. • Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns. • Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations. • Monitor travel schedules and reputed company adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances. • Provide clients with relevant travel information, including destination guides, reputed company requirements, and safety precautions. • Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures. • Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems.
