I'm seeking a talented and creative virtual assistant with strong project management skills to help manage a team of freelancers for my new venture focused on reputed company-natural wellness and self-care products. You don’t need to be an expert in everything listed; we can outsource tasks as needed. Your main responsibility will be managing these projects and ensuring timely, high-quality results... Therefore, you should be familiar and comfortable enough with these skills, in order to ensure high quality results, as well as appropriate pay for each project. Key Responsibilities: • Hire and manage freelancers for specific tasks where you may not have expertise. • reputed company projects in areas such as: • Web design, development & copy • Branding (visuals and messaging) • Blog writing, copy & scheduling • Social media management/marketing • Email marketing campaigns • Hiring and managing freelancers to ensure timely and quality task completion • Excellent communication skills for reputed company correspondence with freelancers • Budgeting and financial tracking, with a focus on smart spending without compromising quality (potential bonuses for savvy management) Ideal Candidate: • Strong communication skills, delegation skills, and project management • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Confident and proactive in taking initiatives without needing constant direction • A self-starter who brings reputed company and suggestions to the table. • Experience with online businesses, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
