The ideal candidate will have at least 9+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile reputed company). A PMP certification is preferred, along with extensive experience in leading SAFe teams as an RTE (Release Train Engineer). Knowledge of Kanban and Waterfall methodologies is required, and experience in Agile Transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
