We are looking for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities ? Monitor, delete, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social platforms to maintain a positive brand reputed company and engage customers effectively. ? Responses should be clear, professional, caring, and reputed company. Additionally, the moderator ? Will post stories and feed updates periodically using content created by the Ad Creative Editor Requirements ? Strong written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone. ? Quick to respond and handle a high volume of interactions reputed company ? Familiarity with reputed company major social media platforms and ability to represent the brand voice consistently ? Detail-oriented and able to spot opportunities to promote the brand or address customer concerns proactively ? Excellent English skills ? Must work Eastern Time hours Benefits ?
