Key Responsibilities  Oversee and refresh logistics data for designated vendors, guaranteeing timely and precise entries.  Detect and rectify any vendor-related or local delivery complications.  Engage in effective communication with vendors to resolve issues and adjust delivery timelines as required.  Elevate complex problems to supervisors for advanced resolution.  Collaborate with various teams to amend inaccurate merchant data and ensure uniformity across systems.  Compile and structure item-level data supplied by merchants, ensuring consistency with internal product identifiers and descriptions. Required Skills  Exceptional communication abilities, with a proven capacity to work harmoniously with vendors and internal teams.  Strong attention to detail coupled with proficient problem-solving skills.  Capability to function independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.  Familiarity with supply chain management or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
