Job Description: We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Seasonal School Photographers. As an Entry Level Photographer, you will play a vital role in capturing unforgettable moments for students, faculty, and families at designated school sites. From setting up the portable photo studio to operating photography equipment and software, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding results while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: • Meet at various designated school sites at the required start time. • Work as a team to unload, set up, and tear down the portable photo studio in a timely manner. • Operate photography equipment and proprietary software efficiently. • Photograph up to 250 students a day while meeting Cherished Memories standards. • Maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. • Communicate effectively within your team to ensure a smooth process. • Perform other assignments as needed to support the photography process. Basic Qualifications: • Experience working with children is preferred. • Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling. • Basic knowledge of photography equipment and lighting techniques. • Able to operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment. • Comfortable working at different locations daily. • Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation. • Must possess a current driver’s license and dependable vehicle. • Desire to learn and grow in the photography field. Compensation: Starting wage: $18.00 per hour Background Check Requirement: Applicants who receive an offer of employment must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment. Job Type: Part-Time and Full-Time Seasonal, with potential for full-time employment. Monday through Sunday availability required.
