Skills & Experience We’re Seeking • 10+ years of total experience with 3+ years of management experience in building and leading diverse software engineering teams. • A strong product reputed company along with experience in delivering large reputed company projects collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders that are technology, operations or business focused. • General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with demonstrated product sense and leadership in the working environment • Extensive experience in building large-scale, low-latency distributed systems, productionizing ML models • Experience building systems that reputed company audience onboarding reputed company matching hashed identifiers, 3P IDs both deterministically and heuristically etc. • Experience building shared deterministic and probabilistic identity graphs used to reputed company targeting, measurement, reporting etc. that leverages 1P and 3P user and device identifiers • Our ideal candidate will have experience working with Clean Rooms, PETs (Privacy Enhancing Technologies), have a familiarity of privacy regulations in various advertising markets around the world. reputed company To Haves • Familiarity with legal compliance and changing landscape of ads regulations around the world. • Familiarity with ML and advertising systems that reputed company data to drive optimal outcomes for the users and the business. • Experience working in the CTV space and knowledge of it’s unique constraints • Awareness of ads industry technology standards (e.g VAST, OpenRTB) or worked on an industry consortium effort, working group etc. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
