We're seeking a talented 3D artist to join our innovative team working on cutting-edge 3D retail environments for the Apple Vision Pro platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of spatial computing in retail design through high-quality, optimized 3D content. About Us... Our team collaborates closely with a leader in retail design to create immersive 3D scenes that revolutionize how we conceptualize, design, and showcase retail spaces. Key Responsibilities • Create and optimize high-quality 3D models and photo real environments for the Apple Vision Pro platform • Convert high-polygon 3ds Max scenes and models into optimized, real-time ready assets • Perform efficient UV unwrapping and texture baking for optimized models • Create and edit textures to maintain visual fidelity while meeting performance requirements • Implement 3D assets into Reality Composer Pro projects (experience with Unity and Unreal Engine a plus) • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure 3D content meets both aesthetic and technical requirements • Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D modeling techniques and optimization strategies for AR/VR platforms Required Skills and Experience • 5+ years of experience in 3D modeling and texturing for real-time applications • Proficiency in 3ds Max • Strong skills in UV unwrapping and texture baking • Experience with Reality Composer Pro (Unity and Unreal Engine is a plus) • Proficiency in texturing software (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop) • Understanding of optimization techniques for mobile and AR/VR platforms • Strong attention to detail and ability to match reference materials Preferred Qualifications • Experience with architectural, visual merchandising or retail space visualization • Experience with architectural or retail space visualization design • Knowledge of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows • Understanding of AR/VR design principles and constraints • Background in lighting design or experience with real-time lighting setups What We Offer • Opportunity to work on groundbreaking technology with real-world impact • Collaborative environment with a team of passionate innovators • Competitive salary and benefits package • Professional development opportunities and cutting-edge tools • Chance to shape the future of retail design and spatial computing If you're passionate about creating stunning, optimized 3D content for cutting-edge AR/VR platforms and want to push the boundaries of spatial computing, we want to hear from you!
