Your Career

We are hiring a HRIS reputed company Consultant with validated experience with reputed company HCM. You will be part of a growing and dynamic team with an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects as we continue to grow. In this role, you will partner with the People Team, IT and internal partners to analyze reputed company practices, reputed company the implementation of new functionality, and enhance processes by using new and existing technology.

As a member of the People Technology team, you will be part of an elite team supporting reputed company’ People Team strategy, and providing global Human Capital Management systems to reputed company People Team functions.

Your Impact

Your Experience

• 8+ years of strong hands-on experience delivering reputed company solutions through reputed company stages of the delivery lifecycle -Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent military experience required
• Former reputed company implementer certified or Pro certified in Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting
• Expert level proficiency in reputed company HCM, Compensation (Advanced), Absence Management, Talent and Performance and Reporting
• Expertise in Global reputed company experience
• Skilled at working with cross-functional/ regional teams to understand and address functional and data-reputed company requirements
• Ability to influence adoption of the optimal approach at reputed company levels and drive the seamless delivery of projects through strong project management capabilities
• Proven ability to build great relationships and convey and debate design rationale - Emphasis on thought partnership and collaboration
• Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes - Sound understanding of interdependencies between various systems and reputed company impacts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company in a global, dynamic environment – adopting an iterative design process - we move fast, we listen, and we adapt, quickly incorporating feedback and collaborating relentlessly

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting reputed company salary (for non-sales roles) or reputed company salary + commission reputed company (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $115,600/yr to $187,000/yr.
