At least 1 year experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems support. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with a track record of successful project delivery. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, reputed company Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
