You will also supervise, monitor, and... analyze metrics to identify ways to improve business results, and will collaborate closely with various departments including sales, marketing, and IT to plan and implement new business initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of leadership experience in an operational area and real estate property transactions. Experience in title or real estate documentation. Experience translating strategic goals/concepts into action plans and implementing plans at an operational level. Analytical and reporting experience. Ability to move between strategy and daily operations while using the capability and reputed company of the team. Collaborative and comfortable working and communicating with individuals at reputed company levels and with various teams. Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends and holidays. Experience leading virtual teams. Understanding of reputed company Vacation Club products. Licensed Title Agent. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
